Olfo

This doll represents an unusual version of Astolfo in a fairy tale key. It was created specifically to stage a show for children that portrays the paladin Astolfo, Duke of England, who in the role of a child takes the name of Olfo and leaves to take Orlando’s wits on the moon. The puppet has a height of 60 cm and a skeleton made of beech wood, while the face is strictly in papier-mâché.
